Take the opportunity to enhance the experience of your massage with a beneficial sauna befor or after your treatment.

You, who love to sauna are of course welcome without booking a treatment in connection.

The loan of a towel, skin and hair care products from c/o Gerd and a hairdryer is included.

There are changing rooms for ladies and for men. It’s a mixed sauna, so please bring swimwear.

Water station with glass is in the relaxation area. If you want, you can use our lockable lockers, take ideally with padlock.

You can be up to 8 people in our sauna and relax.

You will find our sauna and relaxation straight ahead, down a flight of stairs, through the great hall and behind the green curtain. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries.

When you book sauna and relaxation, you pay with Klarna. If you also book a massage in connection, we can instead take payment by card or swish on the spot if you prefer.

Few things are as relaxing as a moment in the sauna, not to mention all the benefits that sauna brings. Taking a sauna regularly is good for the heart and blood vessels. It cleanses the body of waste products and the heat brings harmony to body and mind

You can with advantage book a sauna before or after your massage treatment.

If you love to be in the sauna for a long time, you can book an extra one sauna hour.

This includes a snack tray consisting of nuts, chips, dried fruit, beer sausages/reindeer chips and a glas of non-alcoholic sparkling rosebay willowherb.
